Access Requirements and Common Joining Issues
When attempting to join the private beta, players may encounter specific system restrictions or error prompts related to Roblox's platform rules and early development builds.
Roblox 16+ Age Verification Restriction
Players joining immediately upon release may encounter a prompt stating they lack permission to join or that the game is restricted to ages 16 and up. According to an official developer Discord announcement, new Roblox experiences are automatically subjected to age-restriction flags while undergoing review by the Roblox safety team. The development team noted that this restriction is temporary and typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours, after which players of all account age tiers can join.
Data Persistence and Temporary Morphs
The official game page notes that player data, custom morphs, and characters created during the private beta are not guaranteed to transfer over to the official free launch. If a saved morph disappears during the current playtest, the developers request that players submit a report within their official community server.
Hardware Performance and Mobile Access
The initial release represents an unoptimized build where visual elements are pushed to high fidelity. The development team indicated that lower-end computers and mobile devices may experience stuttering or frame drops. Players experiencing performance issues should lower their settings to Safe Mode or Mobile presets within the initial startup prompt or settings menu.
